How Do We Book ?
The first step is to fill out our Perfect Match application form.
We believe in relationships first and we only work with couples that share our ethos and values for professional yet personalised film and photography. We are always willing to go above and beyond to provide a truly exceptional service, but we are not the right fit for everyone.
Once we have received your application, we will get in touch and let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.
If we are, we arrange a so we can meet and get to know each other better. After the Proposal, we move on to the . This is when we send you a copy of our contract and chosen package and you invest the booking fee of £400. The remaining balance (less the booking fee) must be settled in full, a maximum of 2 weeks before your wedding date.
Where Are You Located ?
Matt & I are based in Maidstone, Kent, but we are happy to travel further if required. All travel and accommodation fees will be included in your quoted price.

How Much Is The Booking Fee ?
We require a booking fee of £400 to secure the date. The remaining balance can be paid anytime up until 2 weeks before the date. Payments are made via bank transfer.

How Long Do You Stay For ?

Honestly? We’re just as excited about your day as you are! So we like to start nice and early during the bridal/groom preparations so we can capture all of the fun moments with you. We usually stay with you all the way through till a few songs after your first dance, but we can discuss this in more detail when you get in touch, especially if you have any secret surprises planned for your guests!
Do You Outsource Any Editing ?
We don't outsource any work at all. We go through every single wedding ourselves, carefully choosing the best clips and images taken from the day. We find that using an outside hire means they have no understanding of how the actual day happened. By doing everything ourselves, we know you as a couple and how you'd like your films and photos to look.

When Will We Receive Our Photos & Films ?
All films and photos will be delivered within 8 weeks of the wedding. Depending on the time of year, we can deliver a lot faster (2-3 weeks) due to the amount of other weddings we've shot at the time. During peak times, the delivery time may be slightly slower (4-8 weeks). All films and photos will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery for you to view, download and share as you like.
